All NEW listings will be charged a fee of $10 to put the listing on the site. That means if your listing is taken off the site because of a bad e-mail address, or because you ask us to remove it, you will be charged that fee again if you want to be re-listed. This does not apply if you send us a CORRECTION TO AN EXISTING LISTING.
1) Fees are not refundable, but are deductible on your taxes as an advertising expense.
2) Fees will be due Feb 28, May 31, Aug. 31 or Nov. 30.
3) Fees will not be pro-rated.
4) Fees must be received and clear the bank before your listing will be added.
5) If done at time of original listing, we will list in a maximum of ONE other state for $25.00 a year.(renewal fee $25.00 a year)
6) Acceptable forms of payment are Money Order, Company or Personal Check, Commercial Checks

When you send your payment, please print this page and return it with the dated notation that you have read and accept the terms. If for some reason, you are unable to print this page, a signed, dated statement to that effect will do.
