This group of pages is intended to suggest records that you may want to keep.

Some of the elements may be combined on one page, as suits your needs and your spreadsheet program. As to which program you use, I use Excel, because that is what my accountants use and it is easier for them to understand, but you can use any program that works for you, you can even use regular hard copy accounting sheets!

I have tried to arrange them in the order I use them, but again, the arrangement and combination
of the parts is really up to you. Each sheet contains a statement of the reason I keep that particular record.
